False advertisement

Tried dermarose for three days, had allergic reaction, contacted immediately for refund.this was back in Aug. I was promised a refund within 7 to 10 days. this is December and I have yet to receive my refund. I have written,e/mailed and called but to no avail.losing the $4.95 for s/h was not so bad but to receive my bank statement and discover they not only billed me for the $4.95 but $89.95 was extremely upsetful.all this for a product I cannot use then to be totally mislead about refunding my money!

Dermarose Free Trial Scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Dermarose offers a 14-day trial of their products…the caveat of that trial is your 14 days starts the day that you place the order. How are you to use a 14-day trial on the day the order is placed online and you have yet to receive the order? Once Dermarose deems you've received the order, you have received NO product and NO shipment confirmation email with the postal tracking from Dermarose, you then have 10 days to use your 14-day trial until they will charge you full price. This is no where stated via third party website where this trial can be purchased for shipping cost only. When you call customer service on the day that the charge shows up on your account without you knowing they deny every receiving that call, 7 days later when called again they offer you 1/2 back as a courtesy. This is no courtesy to me. While talking to customer service I was disconnected twice and treated disrespectfully. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was spoken to in the same disrespectful manner. Steve and Jose were all but helpful to resolve this issue. I was "educated" by customer service when I claimed I would take this issue to my bank that a fraudulent charge is when someone steals your identity. Fraud is in fact deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, not someone stealing my identity. Aside from the hassle in canceling their product, it did not work either. Dermarose created the opposite if beautiful, supple skin and made my skin red, irritated, and broken out.

Dermarose Free Trial purchase

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I Purchased free trial on 6/16/15 and received 5 days later. I had two weeks to cancel any further charges and I went on line to their site to call them, however, the "contact us" link is dead, says no URL found. So I sent them an email on July 1st to cancel, never heard back. July 3rd they charged my account $88.97, tried calling the number on the credit card statement and it goes to a vitamin supply sales company. This company is not legit and should be shut down. I have called my credit card company to dispute. More people should post about bad companies like these. Beth

Company keeps charging me for returned merchandise.

I ordered sample - received it. It was charged to credit card. I was on vacation and when I received credit card bill they had charged me for a shipment. I called them and reported this and was told to return mdse, I did. they said they would take charges off credit card. Next month same thing - I gave them the USPS tracking number and Roxanne (9-13-2015 @ 12:20 PM)told me that it was taken care of. I just received credit card bill and it is still a charge - nothing has been done. I am waiting for their office to open - I will try one more time to get them to honor their word.

Charged for a months supply - had not received

When I called I was told that I had 15 days to respond if I did not want product. I was on vacation and the product came. No invoice, no paperwork, just the product. Was told to return which I did the same day. I wrote on my Visa bill that this was an unauthorized charge and they said the company had to delete the charge. I have tried to call and put on hold, left messages, still no response. This happened before my last Visa bill and they said it would be on my Sept. bill, unless the company deletes the charge. I do not want a hassle or a black mark on my credit. So please delete the charges of $176.92 - I am on a fixed income and cannot afford this. Next step is contacting the BBB.

Scam of a company and product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I signed up for a free trial that just required to pay for shipping and received the trial several days later. The product was bad for my skin and so I stopped using it immediately. After about 4 weeks I received an additional charge on my credit card that I had not authorized for $89 from Dermarose. As soon as I saw the charge, I searched my email for a receipt and emailed the company. I also called my credit card company to reverse the charges. This is a shady company and the product is awful-it made my skin break out.

Called for a free trial and just got charged $176.00 10 days later

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I wanted to try it then I read an article to cancel within 15 days. I tried calling and got a recording. I tried to email and never got a response to be able to cancel. I am livid. I'm on a budget and it swiped out everything I had left for the month. The product doesn't work like it says. It is totally a rip off. It is pending in my account. As soon as it clears I will do a dispute to get my money returned. I am trying to alert anyone else to not give them your account information or you will be suffering like the rest of us. I will be cancelling my account and restarting a new one so there will be no more charges taken from this company. I should've blocked it just in case when I couldn't get in contact with them.

The surprise charges as they do not send you a sample, they send you a 30 day supply

They sent me a "sample" of the eye cream and face cream. What they do not tell you is that they send a 30 day supply and charge your card $176.92. That is what they charge for the 30 day supply. When I called, they said I had a 10 day chance to send it back. When I did not respond (since I did not even have the product) they charged my account. I want my money back and they refused. I will now contact my bank and tell them to refuse payment. That is the only recourse available to me at this time.

Charging before trial over and requesting product back

Dermarose offers a free 30 day trial. I put it in my calendar to call just incase I was unhappy with the product. I saw a charge after 2 weeks and called. They said oh, you had to call after 14 days. I explained that the offer was for a 30 day trial. He said I needed to send the product back in order to receive a refund. They never mention this in the original offer to do the trial. I am sending it back and he has said I will receive a refund but... beware if you think you are going to try this product it doesn't work. I use all high end facial creams and this cream is garbage. The fact that they do a bate and switch is really frustrating. I hesitated to do this trial because I thought this might happen. Lesson learned.
